    The sessions are 50 minutes long.

    It is best to stick to the same time everyweek in order to secure your booking

    Yes, there is parking but also a nearby bus stop or about a 10 minute walk from Highams Park Train Station

    The fees are £35 per session, couple fees are £70 per session. Concessions are available
